The ENO Programme is administrated by the city of Joensuu , Finland. The co-founder of ENO is Mr Mika Vanhanen who coordinates this programme. He also works as an ENO teacher at Pataluoto school. Other teachers who are officially involved are Mr Urpo Ahlholm and Mr Klaus Kuhlmann. Mr Ahlholm is a vice-coordinator and plans the programme with Mr Vanhanen. ENO teacher Janet Snow is our advisor for schools in the south. She comes from Treverton school , South Africa.

ENO teachers around the world help in translating the activities into different languages. They have made separate national ENO websites at least in Iran and in Georgia.

We have also ENO Youth Team and ENO Youth representatives who are ambassadors for ENO in their countries.
